Absolutely first class customer service from these guys. From my initial enquiry about a vehicle to the final part exchange of my old truck (for which they gave a very fair trade in deal) and handover of my new truck I couldn’t have asked for more. Doug was professional and friendly and the trip I made from south of London to their premises near Newcastle was worth it. The vehicle was exactly as he had described and advertised and presented in immaculate condition. Highly recommend

4 years ago I was searching for a larger van for work ( dog walker) and I found an add for one at J & M. I went up and met Doug who showed me round the van. what I liked and appreciated is that there was ZERO pushy sales techniques - here's the van, here's the info if you want it let us know. Anyway I bought the van and fast forward 4 years later its time for an upgrade and of course there was no where else I would want to go! I found exactly what I wanted online, had a look, had the same brilliant experience as the first time and of course have bought this one. Brilliant staff and nothing is too much. Incredibly happy with the van, I'd not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. I will see them again for my new van no doubt ... but hopefully not for quite a long time! 🤣 thanks again guys!

Can't fault this company from start to finish! Doug was so lovely, a pleasure to deal with. I travelled down from Scotland on a train and James picked me up from the station. I was met by Doug and the rest was just straight forward. Lovely clean truck, as described by Doug prior to traveling. Great communication, nothing as too much trouble. The truck had a problem to which I took it to my local mechanic back in Scotland a week after purchase, without a problem Doug gave them the go ahead and payed for the repair. Straight forward! I was treated with respect and kindness from the get go. I can't recommend the company enough. Thank you Doug and James, (sorry didn't meet the other brother!!) 😅💞

Honestly, the level of service we have just received from these guys has been OUTSTANDING! One of our vehicles was stolen, and we needed to get another vehicle as a matter of urgency. We did a deal on a new pick-up with Johnny & Doug….. but the insurance company decided to drag their heels in regards to settling the finance on the stolen vehicle which in turn massively delayed us being able to arrange finance on the truck we agreed to buy from J&M. These guys completely understood our situation, and gave us a pick-up truck to use for 3 weeks absolutely FREE OF CHARGE whilst everything was sorted out.

Been looking for a pickup and I got what I was looking for and then sum. Staff are very friendly and helpful and my purchase was completed and picked up within the same week.
